qtDT_F_DateLT

Checks if a date is lower than another.

Usage:

lRet = ( tDate1 < tDate2 )
lRet = qtDT_F_DateLT( tDate1, tDate2 )

Parameters

tDate1	: date to be compared
tDate2	: date to be compared

Compares if a date is lower (is older) than another, and returns .TRUE. if so.
The function is used to overload the logical operators .LT. and < .

qtDT_F_TimeLT

Checks if a time value is lower than another.

Usage:
